About the Brand
Harris Creations is a bespoke furniture house specializing in high-ticket, handcrafted pieces. In a market flooded with mass-produced imports, their challenge was to justify premium pricing by communicating the depth of their craftsmanship. They needed to transition from being seen as a "local carpenter" to a "bespoke furniture brand" that commands respect.
Our Approach
We identified that for bespoke items, the "making of" is the most powerful sales tool. We didn't just want to tell a story; we wanted to build Visual Proof of Quality. We engineered a content strategy focused on "Tactical Transparency" - showing the grit, the precision, and the material integrity of the furniture to reduce sales friction and build immediate buyer confidence.
What We Created
Commercial Performance Film: A high-end, short-form film designed to act as a 24/7 digital salesperson. We managed the entire process from narrative architecture (scripting) to technical execution (shooting and editing).
Digital Image Assets: A curated suite of high-contrast, professional photography designed for the brand’s digital infrastructure (Website and Social Channels).
Content Bank: A library of visual assets that allow the brand to maintain a premium "Vibe Check" across all customer touchpoints consistently.
Result
We successfully elevated Harris Creations' perceived market value. The content functioned as a trust accelerator, allowing the brand to compete at a higher price point by making the craftsmanship undeniable.
